Naomi Allison

Naomi joined MRS in 1989. She graduated from Elk County Christian
High School in 1976 and then went on to graduate from Erie Business
Center in 1978 with an Associates Degree in Administration/Legal.
After working for an Erie law firm for a year, she took a position
as administrative assistant with a local engineering firm in 1979,
working there until 1989. Looking for a change of direction in her
career, she then joined the MRS team.

 Her
main duties at MRS include client bookkeeping, payroll and payroll
taxes, along with handling of the front desk and phones. She is fluent
in Microsoft Office® and QuickBooks® in addition to other accounting and
payroll software.
Naomi has been married to her husband, Bob, since
1979. They have two grown daughters. |

Rick L. Clayton, CPA

Rick has provided his clients with insights and solutions based
on his more than 25 years of audit, accounting and consulting
experiences.
Rick oversees nearly 100% of our Edinboro and Corry offices’
governmental and non-profit audit engagements. He has been actively
involved with the various changes throughout this sector of auditing
from the Single Audit Act’s inception in 1984 to the Governmental
Accounting Standards Board Statement #34. Rick is well versed with
the unique accounting techniques and regulations that apply to
governmental and non-profit entities. Additionally, Rick provides
tax and consulting services to a wide variety of private industries
that seek to maximize their business potential.

As a community volunteer,
Rick has served in an officer capacity for many local organizations such
as the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, Tri-Boro Little League, Cambridge
Area Revitalization Effort, Cambridge Park Association, St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church, Cambridge Springs Cross Country and the YMCA of
Edinboro. He has also been involved with numerous area youth groups as a
coach and mentor. Additionally, he has performed numerous auditing and
tax topic presentations to area business organizations, colleges and
schools.
Rick is a 1982 graduate of Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania and
is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified
Public Accountants.

Susan Clayton

Sue joined MRS in 2000. She is a specialist in the MRS time and
billing system. She also offers 1099 preparation and accounts payable
processing for clients and undertakes many special projects.
Sue has a widely varied educational and work-related background. This
includes Bachelors of Art majoring in Biology, Fine Arts, minor in
Chemistry and Certificate of completion in Commercial art. Her previous work experience includes positions in dental
care administration, insurance claims processing and payroll. She was
also an Environmental Chemist.

 Sue
has been married for 22 years and has two children. She is also an
active member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Drakes Mills,
Pennsylvania. |

 Paula L. Fetterolf, CPA

Paula joined MRS in 1998. She graduated from Northwestern High
School in Albion, Pennsylvania in 1989. Paula then went on to
graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1993 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting.
She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2000.

Paula’s concentration is in accounting, auditing, and financial
reporting of non-profit and governmental entities. She also prepares
corporate, partnership, individual, and exempt organization tax returns.
She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified
Public Accountants. Recently serving four years as the Mayor of the
Borough of Cranesville where she resides, she also served seven years as
an Officer on the Albion Area Fair Board. |

Ryan joined MRS in July 2008 after spending three years at a
regional Public Accounting firm located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
He is a 2004 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

 Susan V. Gionti, CPA

Susan joined MRS in 1995. She earned her Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in
1989 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994.

Susan specializes in tax consulting, compliance, and preparation of corporate,
partnership, individual, estate, fiduciary, and not-for-profit tax returns. She
also provides compilation and review services as well.
She is a member of the
American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Presently
Susan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Meadville Cooperative
Preschool, and was a past board member and board president of Family Services of
Northwestern PA.
Susan is married and has three children.

Kathleen McGlaughlin, CPA, MBA

Kathy received a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from
Edinboro State College and received a Masters in Business
Administration from Stanford University. She served as Controller
and/or Vice President of Finance for a variety of small companies in
the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years. In 2004, she returned
to Pennsylvania and public accounting.

 Since
that time, she has been working for MRS on a part-time basis. She has a
son, two daughters and four granddaughters. |

 Rachel M. Olszewski

Rachel joined MRS in July 2006. She worked part-time while still
pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Rachel
completed her internship at MRS and graduated from Edinboro
University of Pennsylvania in May 2007.

Since June 2007, Rachel has been a full time staff accountant and is
pursuing her CPA license. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®. Her
other practice areas include non-profit and government auditing,
individual and corporate tax returns, as well as monthly bookkeeping for
clients.

Susan Rupp, CPA

MRS welcomed Sue as an addition to our firm in 1992. After her
graduation from The Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1985, Sue gained several years
of accounting experience in private industry. She focused on
internal audits and also worked as a Controller.
Sue works part-time for MRS, specializing in general accounting,
audits and individual tax.

 Susan
has volunteered as Treasurer in various school organizations in the
General McLane school district and the community. She is a member of the
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Susan and her husband Jeff have been married since 1986. They reside in
McKean with their two children. |

 James R. Scarpitti, CPA

Jim has been partner in the firm of MRS since 1984. He received
his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst College in
Erie, Pennsylvania in 1978 and began practicing the same year.
Jim is responsible for over two hundred small business and individual clients, and is the firm's designated specialist in the area of Partnerships and Estates.

He is well versed in accounting and tax issues
pertaining to real estate management and development, concentrating in
this area for twenty-six years.
Jim believes in the redemptive power of the local church and has had the privilege of serving in many roles. He is currently the Director of Group Life at Grace Church in McKean, PA
Jim has been married to his wife Susan for 33 years. They reside in
Edinboro and have two children; Cara, a science teacher in Houston and
Mark, who teaches English at General McLane High School.
